All Orders get sent via Aramex Express, Unfortunately for all areas not in a 50km radius of a Aramex depot, gets handed over to a third party courier and may cause a delay in delivery times ( Usually a day ). Please feel free to phone Aramex with any questions with regards to the delivery using nothing but your waybill number or manually track your order online using the steps below.
When will my Parcel be Delivered?
Your Parcel will be dropped off at our nearest Aramex Depot, the day after payment is received before collection time. Aramex collection times are Monday – Friday 15h00 and will be delivered the following business day to all main centers around 12h00.
How do I know if it's a Main Centre?
There are too many areas to list all destinations, but 50km around each of the following areas is usually considered a main center:
- Johannesburg
- Pretoria
- Polokwane
- Rustenburg
- Nelspruit
- Vaal Triangle
- Kimberly
- Bloemfontein
- Cape-Town
- George
- Port Elizabeth
- East London
- Durban
- Pietermaritzburg
- Stellenbosch
- Richards Bay
