Refund and Return Policy

We manufacture custom orders too. Please send a photo of your design and your request to the below email or Whatsapp, and we will get in touch with you.

PLEASE NOTE : Manufacturing on custome garments are 28 business days. We also don't do any refund or exchanges on any custom orders.

All products sold by us are made to order and manufactured on request in Cape Town. We do not hold ready-made stock.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production of your item begins once payment is received.

No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges as standard practice.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for, but are not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

  • Colour, fabric, or style preferences

  • Event cancellations, postponements, or changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all sizing and order details are correct prior to checkout.

Exceptional Requests (Discretionary)

In exceptional circumstances only, and strictly at our discretion, we may consider a request for a return or exchange.

If approved:

  • A 30% handling and manufacturing fee will be deducted from the total order value

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

Alterations

Customers may request to return items for alterations, subject to approval.

  • All alteration returns are made at the customer’s own expense

  • Alteration costs are not included and will be quoted separately where applicable

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

Alterations do not constitute a return, exchange, or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if an item is received with a manufacturing defect or damage, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

Approved faulty items will be assessed and resolved on a case-by-case basis, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where legally required.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return, alteration, or exceptional request that does not meet the conditions outlined above

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • This policy applies to all purchases made through our website
